offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will
be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities
and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a
trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns,
as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Surplus and Used Parts
Proteus Armaments, LLC
sells used gun parts without making a prior determination to the amount of use,
wear, breakage, or alteration that may be exhibited in surplus/used parts.
Variations within used parts are dependent upon the original manufacturer(s)
for the weapons contract, the country of origin, the year(s) of manufacture,
storage conditions, etc. Not all firearm parts are interchangeable. Use of
surplus parts without proper knowledge could cause a firearm to malfunction and
cause property damage, injury, or death. Parts must be inspected and tested by
qualified, competent, and professional gunsmiths or armorers before use in a
firearm.
Parts and Magazine restrictions
It is the customer's
responsibility to know and comply with the laws in his or her jurisdiction
prior to purchasing or using Proteus Armaments, LLC products.
Due to Federal and State laws, we are unable to ship certain items to certain
states; this list is non-exhaustive and subject to change. If you live in one of these states, and have these items in your cart,
you must remove them to continue the checkout process. Magazines will be removed from kits, bundles, etc. if it is illegal to possess at the shipping destination. There is no exception to this rule; we do not pin, disassemble, ship to a different state, refund, and will not honor any Dealer or LE exemption. We hope in the future that these attacks on the 2nd amendment will be repealed but we must comply with all laws until then; we hope you understand.
