This service is for building out your Star Z-70 Parts Kit into a semi auto pistol or carbine.

Before submitting your kit for building, please verify the following items are including your kit :

Entirety of torch cut receiver including nose, end cap, and charging rod anchor
Charging rod with handle and detent
Complete lower with safety and magazine release
Both split pins
Stock and hardware
Complete bolt
Mainspring, locking puck, reducer weight, and endcap
At least 1x magazine
Customer supplied original contour barrels will reduce price for build - uncontoured "blank" style barrels receive no discount

Barrel used will be new US manufacture with P/W extension/flash hider for carbine builds, original barrels can be used for pistol builds. All exterior components will be glass blasted and refinished with black wrinkle paint; barrels and extensions will be matte black. Test firing and tuning is 200 rnds 115 grn 9x19 Luger. Once completed, your new build will need to transfer to a FFL.
